1 Introduction
Welcome to the online ticket booking system of the War Remnants Museum (hereinafter referred to as "the Museum").
By using our online booking service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before completing your transaction.
Address: 28 Vo Van Tan Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Opening hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM daily (including public holidays and Tet holidays)
Note: The ticket counter at the Museum will close and stop admitting visitors at 5:00 PM every day.
2 Ticket Purchase
- Tickets can be purchased online for visits within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Maximum 20 tickets per transaction.
- Personal information (name, email, phone) must be provided accurately to receive e-tickets.
- E-tickets will be sent to your registered email within 5 minutes after successful payment.
- Please save your QR code for scanning at the entrance.
3 Pricing and Payment
Ticket prices are publicly displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.

4 Ticket Usage
- Tickets are valid only on the selected visit date.
- Each ticket can only be used once.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-resaleable.
- Please present your e-ticket (QR code) on your phone or printed copy at the entrance.
- For discounted tickets (students), please present valid identification.
Note: Tickets expire if not used on the selected date and are non-refundable.
5 Refund Policy

Refund processing time: 7 - 14 business days depending on payment method.
6 Visitor Rules
- Dress appropriately for a historical site.
- Maintain order and avoid disturbing other visitors.
- No weapons, flammable materials, or animals allowed.
- No smoking or eating in exhibition areas.
- Photography and filming must follow Museum regulations.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
7 Privacy Policy
The Museum is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Vietnamese law.
- Information is only used for order processing and customer support.
- No sharing with third parties without your consent.
- Payment information is encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways.
